Teen Grief Group

About this Group

This group is focused on processing the loss of humans in our lives. We'll be talking about loved ones and how to adapt to a world that has changed since their departing.

We'll learn coping skills, how to honor our loved ones, and anything else the group feels is important!

Based on group preferences, we can do art, poetry and activities that stimulate conversation and healing.

Starting March 11th!

This group is offered virtually.

Every Other Saturday from 9a-10a
