Elissa earned both her Bachelor’s in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University. Her academic excellence was further underscored by her induction into Psi Chi, the esteemed National Honor Society for Psychology. Elissa holds licenses to practice psychotherapy in Pennsylvania and Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Elissa has extensive clinical experience and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Drawing from evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, she tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.
