James Zazanis is a licensed Master Social Worker who specializes in conducting clinical psychotherapy with adults and adolescents. They received their Master of Clinical Social Work from The University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Their career is focused on treating the underlying trauma that manifests into depression and relationship challenges. They strongly believe in the healing nature of a therapeutic relationship based on compassion, non-judgement, and an emphasis on the importance of the mind-body connection for both client and therapist.

James weaves aspects from their long-standing meditation practice with an object relation, somatic, and attachment-based approach to help clients identify, explore, and integrate trauma from across their lifespan. They encourage clients to be bold, curious, and courageous as they work to heal in a trauma informed safe environment.
