Jessica Metzner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing mental and behavioral health care to children, adults and families in a variety of settings. Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and Human Sexuality Education (MEd) from Widener University in Chester, PA. 


Jessica works to promote insight and self-compassion to help her clients live an authentic, intentional, and fulfilling lives. Whether experiencing hardship, change, relationship or identity challenges, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed, Jessica believes every individual possesses the internal strength and resources to prosper. Jessica utilizes a strength-based and person-centered approach to treatment, incorporating interventions from various modalities that best match her client’s needs and learning styles. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness-based, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy techniques into her practices.


Jessica's goal is to create a therapeutic environment and relationship that allows her clients to understand and appreciate how truly unique and strong they are, and how much they can overcome–with the right tools.
