Katie Nappi is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh.

Throughout her training and clinical experiences, Katie has worked with individuals who have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Her work focuses on helping clients explore coping skills, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, relationship challenges, and self-esteem in order to feel empowered to accomplish personal goals.

Katie believes in a holistic approach to therapy; therefore, she aims to explore different dimensions of an individual’s life and how various factors may be impacting one’s overall success with healing and recovery. She embraces a person-centered approach, focused on helping clients utilize their inner strengths to come to a place of self-discovery and acceptance.  

Katie’s clinical background consists of providing counseling services that highlight evidence-based techniques from interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
