WELCOME

Life Change Therapy Now (LCTN) is a group psychotherapy practice providing mental health services in Maryland. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy using a range of evidence-based interventions.

As a hybrid practice, LCTN offers both telehealth therapy to residents across Maryland and select states, and in-person sessions at our Frederick location. This flexible approach ensures that we can deliver accessible, high-quality care tailored to our clients' needs.

In addition to therapy, we provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists working toward full licensure. We also offer valuable clinical experience through internship and practicum placements for graduate-level students.

At LCTN we are dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey towards personal growth and well-being. As a leading provider of comprehensive counseling services, we are committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where our clients can explore their challenges, uncover their inner strengths, and achieve the lasting transformations they seek.

DID you know?

Our mind and body are intricately connected

Thanks to neuroplasticity—the brain's remarkable ability to continually learn and adapt to new situations—we can create new neural pathways, giving us greater control over how we perceive and respond to the world around us.

Research shows that therapeutic approaches and interventions, such as those used at Life Change Therapy Now, can effectively rewire how the brain processes and reacts to stress, with even short-term therapy leading to significant improvements.

Neuroscience reveals a direct link between how the brain is wired and our hormonal system. Increased levels of anxiety, stress, anger, or sadness can contribute to medical issues and chronic physical symptoms, highlighting the importance of addressing mental health holistically.
