Life Change Therapy Now (LCTN) offers internship opportunities for graduate students seeking meaningful, hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and professionally enriching environment. Our internships are ideal for students who want to deepen their clinical skills and gain real-world experience working with diverse clients in a group practice setting.
Structured Clinical Training
✓ Case Conceptualization
✓ Clinical Interventions
✓ Ethical Documentation

Our goal is to help interns develop the clinical confidence, professional judgment, and documentation skills needed to succeed in real-world clinical practice after graduation.
Clinical Training & Development
Interns at LCTN participate in a structured and supportive training experience designed to strengthen case conceptualization skills, expand clinical intervention strategies, and support the transition from graduate student to professional clinician. Interns also receive training and guidance on clinical documentation standards, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment planning, and treatment plan reviews. Emphasis is placed on maintaining clear, ethical, and clinically appropriate documentation that supports quality care and aligns with professional, legal, and insurance documentation requirements.

Supervision Experience
Supervision is collaborative and reflective in nature. Interns are encouraged to bring forward clinical questions, client concerns, and areas for growth while receiving thoughtful and timely feedback in a respectful and encouraging setting. Additional opportunities for learning and professional development are provided, including participation in monthly clinical consultation meetings with members of the clinical team, group supervision with fellow interns and provisionally licensed therapists, and CEU courses.
