Jordan is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C). She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and her Bachelor of Social Work from McDaniel College.

Jordan provides individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating stress, emotional challenges, life transitions, or seeking greater clarity and fulfillment in their lives. She offers a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Jordan works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and attachment-related concerns, as well as OCD, ADHD, and panic symptoms. She also supports individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, and relational patterns such as codependency. Jordan provides LGBTQ+ affirming and feminist-informed care grounded in an intersectional lens.

Her work is informed by attachment-based therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and she integrates an intersectional feminist framework into her practice. Jordan’s therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and thoughtful, with a strong foundation in mindfulness and self-compassion. She helps clients build coping skills, increase emotional flexibility, and develop resilience, even in the face of complex or long-standing challenges. Her work is guided by social justice values and culturally responsive care, and she practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned perspective.

Jordan believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She partners closely with clients to identify their goals and tailor treatment to their unique needs and strengths. Her sessions incorporate evidence-based and integrative interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
