Maggie Mojab is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and trauma-informed therapist who is deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and adolescents feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. She believes meaningful growth begins within a safe, trusting relationship where clients can explore their experiences openly and without judgment. Maggie strives to create a therapeutic space grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration, helping clients move toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.

Maggie’s clinical approach is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates trauma-informed therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and humanistic approaches to support emotional healing, self-understanding, and personal growth. As a certified yoga instructor, she also incorporates mind-body awareness, grounding skills, and nervous system regulation techniques when beneficial, helping clients reconnect with both their emotional and physical sense of safety.

As a bilingual clinician trained in EMDR, Maggie has experience working with diverse and underserved populations through her background in community mental health. She has also supported veterans through her work as an Eagala-certified equine psychotherapist. Her clinical interests include trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, self-esteem, cultural identity, and experiences of marginalization.

Maggie’s work is rooted in cultural humility, equity, and advocacy. She is especially passionate about supporting women and individuals who have often felt overlooked, misunderstood, or “othered” in their environments. She works alongside clients to help them reconnect with their voice, identity, strengths, and sense of self.

Whether someone is looking to process painful past experiences, break free from long-standing patterns, strengthen relationships, or develop healthier ways to manage emotions and stress, Maggie provides a warm and supportive environment where healing and growth can feel possible.
