Shanna is a dedicated Psychology Associate and alumna of Purdue Global University, holding a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's in forensic psychology. With a commendable 14-year tenure as a Police Officer, Shanna's journey evolved towards her true passion—psychology and aiding others. This transformative shift led her to embark on a new career in counseling.

Specializing in working with children, teens, and adults, Shanna offers individual, couples, and family therapy. Her expertise spans a range of mental health issues, including autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, eating disorders, and low self-esteem. Shanna employs a versatile therapeutic approach, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

At the core of Shanna's practice is the commitment to creating a safe and nurturing space for her clients to explore, express, and embark on a journey towards positive change. Establishing strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust, care, and respect, she tailors specialized treatments to meet the unique needs of each individual. Shanna recognizes the uniqueness of her clients' experiences and strives to facilitate foundational changes and improvements in their lives.
