If these major stressors are not resolved, they make living in the household incredibly difficult for everyone in the family. We work with families to find solutions to these issues by improving patterns of communications and teaching healthy coping skills.


Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that is used to create profound emotional and personal growth by tapping into the unconscious mind. It involves the therapist using skilled verbal communications to help affect changes in perceptions, feelings, and thought patterns. Clients are then able to change unhealthy thoughts, actions, and behaviors with more ease.

During hypnotherapy, clients remain fully aware

and in control of what is going on around them. They can, at any time, choose to end the session. Hypnotherapy is an excellent tool for phobias, 

traumas, low self-esteem, and ineffective behavioral patterns. Hypnotherapy is not an effective treatment for everyone.
